1. Advised Arab Company for Projects and Urban Developments (TMG) regarding a development, operation and investment agreement in El Rehab and Madinaty amounting 800 M USD. 
2. Advised Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, AlBaraka Bank and Attijari Wafa Bank regarding a syndicated Sharia-compliant facility in structured in the form of Islamic Mudarbah, which was granted to Al Kharafi National for Infrastructure Projects Developments, Construction and Services S.A.E amounting 1.6 B EGP. 
3. Advised Banque Misr and Emirates NBD regarding a long term facility granted to Beyond Sky Real Estate Projects, for financing the construction and operation of “Park Street East”, New Cairo amounting 3 B EGP. 
4. Advised Banque Misr, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, AlBaraka Bank, and the Arab Banking Corporation regarding the completion of a syndicated Islamic Mudarbah facility, with the aim of financing working capital requirements for the Borrower Redcon Construction amounting 2.85 B EGP.
