Recent transactions in 2024: 

1. Advised Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Egypt, on a syndicated Islamic Mudarabah facility of EGP 2 billion for Giza Systems S.A.E. and EGP 820 million for VAS Integrated Solutions.
2. Advised Next Bank and Egyptian Gulf Bank in the credit facility with a value of EGP 370 M to finance “Sylndr”an e-commerce Platform for the used Cars Market in Egypt. 
3. Advised Etisalat Misr with regard to a syndicated medium-term facility of USD 150 M for the purpose of Purchasing “5G License” to operate mobile phone services in Egypt.
4. Advised Talaat Moustafa Group in an agreement with Misr Abu Dhabi Company for Real Estate Investment, a subsidiary of local banks, regarding a real estate co-development project “Office Park Project” of EGP 4.2 Billion.
5. Advised Banque Misr, and others on a syndicated long-term facility of USD 108 Million to MAFI for Agriculture Produce Industries Company to construct and operating a large scale diversified export-oriented fruit and vegetables processing complex.
