Alysha Preston

Alysha Preston is a partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology practice group. Alysha counsels domestic and multinational companies in navigating complex issues involving intellectual property and technology assets, including license and collaboration agreements, R&D agreements, supply, manufacturing and distribution agreements, and in the context of corporate transactions such as joint ventures, spinouts, and mergers and acquisitions.

Alysha has been ranked by Chambers USA as “Up and Coming” in Intellectual Property: Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets (Transactional), where clients note that she is “business-focused” and “provides realistic, business-minded solutions to complex legal matters.”
