Alison has spent the last 9 years at Lighthouse, where she serves as Senior Director of Client Solutions and Success. She is responsible for building custom eDiscovery and information governance programmes that mitigate risk and drive ROI for the world’s largest companies and law firms. With an in-depth knowledge of her client’s specific needs and deep eDiscovery and information governance expertise, Alison builds eDiscovery programmes that drive efficiency, lower costs, and reduce risk. Her expertise includes everything from M365 implementation, to building better legal hold systems, to implementing forensic collection solutions, to integrating of AI and analytics for better, faster doc review.
Career
In 2024, Alison served as an expert speaker at Lighthouse's Litigators Roundtable event, leading a discussion with litigators from 30 different AmLaw 200 law firms about handling modern attachments in complex litigation. She also helped create and deliver robust CLE programmes for client partners, including AmLaw100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations on topics ranging from handling cloud attachments to AI implementation. She led roundtable and panel discussions around AI and linguistic-backed review workflows during Lighthouse’s annual Illuminations Summit in 2024 (a premier thought leadership event for key Fortune 500 and AmLaw 100 clients). Alison also previously served as a panellist at an EDI session focused on generative AI and Large Language Models and was featured on the podcast Law & Candor, discussing best practices for corporations using Google Cloud services.
Professional Memberships
Alison is a member of Lighthouse’s WLEAD Employee Resource Group which supports the growth, advancement, and inclusion of women. She has served as a mentor in the WLEAD Mentorship programme, assisting others at Lighthouse in achieving their career goals. She is a member of the New York City chapter of Women in eDiscovery (WiE) and the Electronic Discovery Institute (EDI).
Industry Sector Expertise
Alison is a seasoned eDiscovery professional with a career spanning almost 15 years. Alison began in Arnold & Porter’s antitrust group where she managed day-to-day eDiscovery for complex DOJ and FTC second requests and antitrust litigation. After leaving the firm, she went on to work for a global eDiscovery provider. Within 2 years, she became one of ten National Account Directors. In this capacity, Alison was responsible for overseeing delivery for one of the largest global financial institutions and was charged with building and refining their eDiscovery programme and playbook.

Alison boasts a roster of longstanding client partnerships with some of the world’s most prolific corporations and law firms, including the largest company in the world by revenue, the largest telecommunication company in the US, the world’s largest provider of mobile telephone services, and one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.
In recent years, Alison has gained an industry reputation for building and deploying innovative eDiscovery programmes in record time that help leading emerging technology companies with high profile litigation portfolios mitigate risk. She is particularly adept at integrating Lighthouse’s leading predictive and generative AI-based solutions to help clients gain efficiency. In the past two years alone, Alison launched Lighthouse’s partnership with the world’s leading AI research and development company, the world's fourth largest conglomerate, and the world’s biggest streaming service.
Personal
Alison loves spending quality time with friends and family, especially when it involves being outdoors. Whether she’s hiking a scenic trail or enjoying live guitar at a concert, she’s always up for an adventure and great company.
