Alison Parry

Alison is a Partner and Head of the Private Wealth Disputes Team.

Alison has built the team to be one of the biggest and the best in the North West and they are highly regarded for their expertise across the Contentious Probate and Contentious Court of Protection fields.

Alison deals with will validity challenges, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, proprietary estoppel claims as well as Trust disputes for both executors and beneficiaries. She acts in both claimant and defendant matters has a particular focus on complex and high value matters. Client service is Alison’s priority as is supported by her regular positive reviews and her work always comes with the focus of what a given client is looking to achieve in any particular circumstances. She carefully ensures the client understand the merits of their position and balances that against what they are looking to achieve to negotiate the best possible outcome or put the best possible case together for trial.

Alison is also a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
