Aliki has represented corporations, individuals, financial service firms, corporate officers, and directors in high-stakes, high-dollar disputes domestically and internationally, and she advises both corporate and individual clients on strategic resolution of commercial disputes and on trial strategy. Aliki has extensive trial experience, participating in two or more trials or arbitrations per year, including a multi-trip arbitration in Hong Kong that resulted in a $100 million award for client LoJack; an expedited twelve-week file-to-trial jury trial in the District of Massachusetts that secured a jury verdict of non-infringement on all asserted patents on behalf client Markforged; and an expedited trial in the Delaware Court of Chancery, which found that clients Market Basket and its Board of Directors acted independently, in good faith, and in the best interests of the company and its stockholders in removing its former CEO.
Aliki further expanded her courtroom experience in 2014, when she served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County, where she prosecuted jury trials and argued evidentiary motions regularly. She is an active member of the Boston legal community and at the forefront of women’s leadership issues, serving as a Committee Member for Boston College Law Day and a Board Director for Technovation (a global nonprofit organization committed to empowering females to become leaders and innovators).
