Alice represents clients in business disputes, including breach of contract, defamation, and other torts. She also represents clients in federal and state appeals. She also represents companies and individuals in interpreting, enforcing and challenging non-compete agreements and claims of trade secret misappropriation.
Alice is a founding partner of Hoover Hull Turner, LLP. Alice clerked for the Honorable John D. Tinder, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana. She attended Indiana University Mauer School of Law – Bloomington where she served on the Indiana Law Journal, was Order of the Coif, and graduated magna cum laude.
