He is a partner with the firm’s Corporate and M&A team. He has been with Sorainen since 2005, helping to build its Corporate, M&A and Employment practices.

Being particularly interested in corporate governance, he habitually contributes to improving corporate governance regulation by participating in various working groups focused on corporate law.

He advises clients on all issues, from setting up businesses and fine-tuning their corporate governance systems to managing shareholder relationships and disputes, optimising company group structures, and finally selling or winding up the business.
