He has provided legal counsel related to the Registration of Trademarks, Patents and Litigation to both National and International Companies. He also has equal experience regarding regulatory law, specifically the Sanitary Regulation for food, cosmetic, hygienic and pharmaceutical product registration.

With a master’s degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law, he has both the academic background and experience needed to provide accurate and precise legal advice.
