Employment - London (Bar)
Alexander Robson handles a swathe of employment matters in the High Court, including TUPE, discrimination, unfair dismissal, bonuses and restrictive covenants. His employment practice benefits from his strength in commercial law.
Strengths: "He is pragmatic, he gives very astute and commercial advice, he turns things round very quickly and he is very approachable." "He is incredibly strategic, his knowledge of restrictive covenants and injunctive work is phenomenal, clients love him and he is extremely hard-working. His advocacy is also impeccably polite but forceful at the same time, so he gets points across in a powerful way but he is not aggressive." "He is really impressive, he knows the law backwards and he can express it well."
Recent work: Successfully acted for Trailfinders in a High Court claim alleging that Mr La Gette and Mr Bishop had taken confidential information in breach of contract and of the equitable duty of confidence.
