Alexander Callo

Alex Callo represents clients in civil litigation matters, particularly related to high-stakes intellectual property disputes (including pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act). Alex’s intellectual property practice touches on a range of technologies, with a focus on small molecule drugs, biologics and medical devices. As a member on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, Alex has represented individuals pro bono in both state and federal court (e.g., related to litigation under 42 U.S.C. § 1983). His experience includes drafting motions and pleadings, oral advocacy, research, and analyzing discovery.
