Alex Cisneros specialises in mental capacity law, including health and welfare matters, property and affairs and public law cases. He is regularly instructed by the Official Solicitor, local authorities, NHS bodies and family members in complex cases concerning residence, care, contact, medical treatment and deprivation of liberty.
Alongside his practice, Alex is completing a PhD examining the implementation and delay of the Liberty Protection Safeguards, which builds on his extensive experience of cases under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
