Alecsandra is recognised in both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 for her expertise in professional discipline. She sits as a legal adviser and is a mentor to junior members at 5SAH providing regular training, advice, and updates.
In 2024, Alecsandra was made joint deputy head of 5SAH’s regulatory and professional discipline team.
Her Professional Discipline work includes assisting registrants or organisations at concurrent proceedings such as inquests or criminal hearings. Her practice extends to both presenting cases on behalf of regulators and defending registrants before their regulators. She has also provided training to non-statutory regulators.
As a Legal Adviser, she has a unique insight into how to achieve positive outcomes for her clients.
Career
Alecsandra qualified as a solicitor in 2016 before cross-qualifying to the bar in 2018. From 2017, Alecsandra worked in-house as an advocate exclusively presenting cases on behalf of a regulator before joining 5SAH in 2019 and expanding her regulatory practice.
