Career

Alban Caillemer du Ferrage co-chairs Jones Day's global Financial Markets Practice. His practice expands over a broad range of derivatives and complex financial transactions and regulatory issues, and he regularly advises clients of the Firm on litigations, distressed and restructuring matters relating to structured products and derivatives. Alban has been acting as the official French counsel to ISDA, ICMA, SIFMA, the French banking federation (FBF) or the Bundesverband deutscher Banken, for many years. He is a Professor at the College of Law of Assas and a member of the Legal high committee for financial markets of Paris (HCJP).
