Career

Alan is the Co-Managing Partner of the Firm, leading the Social Security Law and the Labour Inspections practices.

Recognised as one of Mexico’s foremost authorities in Social Security Law, Alan Duclaud has spent over two decades advising top-tier clients, conducting strategic high-risk litigations, and representing Mexico on the global stage.

He has been a prominent voice before Mexico’s legislative bodies, including the Senate’s Social Security Week (2018), the Open Parliament on Pension Reform (2020), and the 2025 Congressional Forum on Global Social Security Regimes, where he focused on the integration of artificial intelligence. In 2022, he spearheaded employer-side negotiations on the Telework Standard (NOM-035) and has been an invited speaker at the Inter-American Conference on Social Security.

Since 2024, Alan has served as Mexico’s representative to the Occupational Safety & Health Group of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

He has lectured on Social Security Law at the most prestigious institutions.
