As a founding partner of Lash & Goldberg LLP, Alan Lash brings more than 30 years of complex business litigation experience to the Firm. He serves clients in a variety of industries including health care, real estate, finance, aerospace and retail. Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in health law, Mr. Lash has litigated and arbitrated cases throughout the United States. He has appeared in court and arbitration proceedings in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Mr. Lash manages an array of complex cases involving diverse and complex subject matters, ranging from the defense of claims asserting violation of federal consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, to the prosecution and defense of shareholder disputes and derivative actions. Mr. Lash has defended numerous class actions, as well as securities, antitrust and False Claims Act cases, and has extensive experience litigating and arbitrating large managed care and third-party payer disputes.
