Aija Lasmane

As a partner in the firm’s Tax practice group, Aija has extensive professional experience in tax advisory and finance since 1996. She has also worked at the Big4 professional service firms and was head of tax at a central Latvian commercial bank. Aija provides Latvian and international tax advice to major local and multinational companies, for example, on tax aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as tax risk management and tax planning.
