As a counsel leading the Sorainen Employment practice in Lithuania, Agnietė has been supporting business in all employee-related legal matters for more than ten years. One of the key areas of her practice is advice to foreign investors on employment matters. She has supported many global corporations establishing their business in Lithuania ‒ primarily shared service centres and technology and manufacturing companies. Together with the Sorainen employment team, Agnietė advises them on setting up in Lithuania, preparing local employment contracts, adapting global HR policies to the local legal environment, working time management, daily HR situations, employment terminations and even market exits.
