Additionally, she has acted in disputes concerning unfair competition. Her academic interests focus on commercial and investment arbitration. Her track record includes proceedings under the ICC, UNCITRAL, and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules. She also has expertise in the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign court judgments.
Agata holds an LL.M. from the University of Ottawa in Canada, with a concentration in international investment and trade law. Agata is a PhD candidate at KU Leuven in Belgium, preparing her thesis in the field of investment arbitration.
