Adrien is a partner in our Luxembourg investment funds practice. He focuses on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt and venture capital fundraising, including the structuring, marketing and establishment of funds, as well as advising investors on their investments across a wide range of asset classes. His expertise includes structuring co-investments and bespoke solutions, including continuation funds.

Adrien also leads the investor practice in Luxembourg, acting for insurance companies, corporates and sovereign wealth funds on their investment activities.

Beyond the Office

Adrien is involved in the activities of the fund industry organisations in Luxembourg. He is on several working groups of the Luxembourg fund industry association ALFI and of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association LPEA.

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Adrien holds a Degree in law from the University of Aix-en-Provence (France) as well as a diploma in common law from University College Cork (UCC, Ireland). Adrien speaks English, French, Luxembourgish and German.
