Adrien is a Counsel in the Luxembourg Investment Funds practice which he joined in 2014.
Adrien specialises in venture capital, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and credit fundraising and ongoing assistance to the fund managers and promoters, as well as acting for investors in respect of their investments (including secondaries) into a variety of asset classes. He also advises on investment fund compliance and regulatory issues (including AIFMD).
He is registered to the Luxembourg bar.
Beyond the Office
Adrien is part of several working groups of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), including on Alternative investments, Infrastructure Funds Best Practices and Infrastructure Funds - Tax, legal and Regulatory.
Education and Qualifications
Adrien holds a Master Degree in European and International Private Law of the University of Aix-Marseille III.
He is fluent in French, English and Luxembourgish and has a good command of German. He is registered to the Luxembourg bar.
