Adam Shpeen

Adam is a member of Davis Polk’s Restructuring practice. He has led representations on many of the largest corporate restructurings and bankruptcies of the past decade. He represents debtors, creditors and other strategic parties in bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, liability management transactions, debt exchanges, direct lending transactions, DIP and exit financings, litigation, cross-border insolvencies and section 363 sales.

Adam is a member of the Bankruptcy Strategist editorial board and the NYC Bar’s bankruptcy committee. He is a leader of the UJA NextGen Restructuring group, a director of the JCRC of New York, and a trustee of the Brooklyn Public Library.
