Adam advises Fortune 500 clients in their business critical data-protection issues, compliance initiatives and data governance. He regularly represents clients on regulatory investigations and security breaches. He has also worked on a wide variety of transactions involving information technology, including technology acquisitions, licensing, outsourcing and service-provider arrangements, as well as general corporate commercial issues with respect to carrying on business over the Internet and in the electronic environment.
Career
Adam is an acknowledged Canadian legal industry leader in privacy and data management; he leads the firm’s national Privacy and Data Management practice. Adam has been lead counsel on many of the most significant privacy matters in Canada.
