Jay Geers

Jay is a skilled practitioner in all areas relating to commercial real estate law, maintaining a sophisticated practice advising clients with respect the most complex real estate mandates across Western Canada. He regularly advises Canadian and foreign-based clients on a wide variety of matters involving real property, including acquisitions and dispositions, renewable energy projects (including with respect to existing projects, greenfield opportunities and financing), mortgage and project financing, joint ventures, office, industrial and retail leasing, as well as development and planning matters.
