Aaron has been an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto and previously at Osgoode Hall Law School teaching Family Law, and is frequently invited to speak on various family law topics across the country.

Aaron is also a member of the organizing committee for the National Family Law Program - Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
