Peter has been practicing construction law in the South Florida area since 1975. Representing clients in construction claims, Peter utilizes his years of litigation, arbitration, and mediation experience to negotiate, prepare, and edit construction documents.
Over the course of his career, Peter also successfully handled bid disputes and protests, contract claims and disputes, construction defects, liens and payment claims, professional liability, licensing and administrative matters, as well as insurance related analysis and claims.
Peter is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Construction Lawyer who understands the complexities of the construction industry.
