Structuring and implementation of business projects, maximizing fiscal savings in accordance with law for both companies and individuals; planning related to foreign investments through agreements to avoid double taxation, among other mechanisms, and use of fiscal platforms that promote investments by non-residents in Peru. It is accompanied by the definition of the most efficient and adequate legal strategy to establish, develop and make businesses grow in the country. This also includes permanent advisory services in the acquisition of projects, assets, and corporations, corporate structuring and reorganisations.

Tax: Natural Resources & Social Investment:
Advisory on the acquisition and development of mining, energy, and other natural resources projects in all their stages, including their environmental matters; planning related to investment in social responsibility, acquisition of surface rights, and negotiation of legal stability agreements.

Tax Litigation:
Design and implementation of litigation strategies in tax audit and challenge proceedings, with successful results in the administrative and judicial stages.

International Tax & International Trade:
Structuring of foreign trade operations related to large investment projects, with the management of financial, contractual, and logistic components, preventing operating contingencies under the strict application of free trade agreements and agreements to avoid double taxation, as well as rules and procedures in force in Peru. Design and implementation of litigation strategies with successful results in any customs proceeding with the Peruvian Government. Advisory on the tax impact regarding Government-to-Government (G2G) agreements.

Private Wealth Planning:
Advisory to high-net-worth individuals and families on the preservation, management, and transfer of wealth, and succession planning, including the identification of appropriate investment structures, the protection of assets for future generations, taking into account relevant commercial issues, and compliance with the applicable regulations.
