Jorge Figueroa

Principal Associate member of the Tax and International Trade team. His professional practice focuses on tax issues of the procedures and international, as well as in the mining industry. Advice on tax audits, sponsorship of tax procedures at administrative and judicial level.

He is lawyer from the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos (2005). He has a Diploma in Taxation from the Lima Bar Association (2005), a Specialization in Tax Law from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2006), a Master's Degree in Tax Law from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2010), a Postgraduate Degree in International Taxation from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) (2013), a Specialization in Mining and Law from the Sociedad Nacional de Mineria, Petroleo y Energia (2015), a Specialization in Hydrocarbons from Sociedad Nacional de Mineria, Petroleo y Energia (2016) and a Specialization in International Arbitration and Investments from the Universidad del Pacifico (2017).
