Transportation Finance:
Winston’s transportation finance lawyers are leaders in the field of structuring, negotiating, and closing both simple and complex financings of all types of transportation assets. The team knows and understands the full array of such assets-aircraft, aircraft engines and spare parts, ships, railroad rolling stock, containers, land-based fleets, and other assets used in transportation. Winston is experienced in financing those assets in the full range of debt, leasing, and securitisation structures as well as repackaging and restructuring existing financings of transportation assets.
