■ Advised Golden Springs Group in the sale of 75% stake in Gold Coin Management Holdings to Pilmico International which values the livestock feed producer at US$550M
■ Advised SCG Chemicals in transactions to buy out 25% and 29% of the equity stakes in Long Son Petrochemicals Company Limited ('LSP') from Qatar Petroleum and PetroVietnam respectively to become the sole owner of the US$5.4B LSP petrochemicals complex

■ Advised Vinhomes JSC and the major shareholders in relation to the 144A rule international placement and listing on HOSE with the offer value of US$1.4B, the largest listing ever recorded on HOSE up to now
■ Assisting Credit Suisse as the lead manager on a US$310M concurrent equity placement and convertible bond offering by Novaland, marking the first ever capital raising for a Vietnamese company in a concurrent equity placement and convertible bond offering
■ Advised China Development Bank as the arranger of the US$682M syndicated Facility Agreements Thang Long Power Plant JSC to finance an IPP thermal power project
■ Advised Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ as the lead arranger in relation to a US$300M syndicated facility agreement to PetroVietnam to finance its oil and gas upstream project and a US$510M syndicated facility agreement to finance La Son – Tuy Loan expressway project, with participation of 17 regional Japanese banks
