  • Advised BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole and Standard Chartered Bank as arrangers in the US$125M Reserve Based Lending Facility to SOCO International, secured against the Group’s producing assets in Vietnam, which include Te Giac Trang Field of Block 16-1, Ca Ngu Vang field of Block 9-2 and Blocks 125 & 126 offshore Vietnam
  • Advised Rabobank in the loan to Japfa Vietnam worth US$30 million and in taking security interest over Swine from Japfa Vietnam
  • Advised SCG Packaging in its combination of the Reg S and Rule 144A international offering of 137,344,388 shares to investors outside the US and Thailand and the domestic offering of 990,205,612 shares to investors in Thailand
