Personal Injury (Claimant):
The team are one of the most highly-rated in the UK, with particular capability in complex and high-value serious injury matters. The department encompasses Sintons’ specialist neurotrauma team, which is known as a go-to advisor in life-changing injury cases.

Personal Injury (Defendant):
Sintons is a UK leader in this field and acts for a number of leading UK insurers, particularly in handling their catastrophic injury claims. This is a highly niche area of work, which involves defending multi-million pound claims, often many of the most serious cases the insurers have in their litigation portfolio. The firm is also able to handle claims in relation to accidents abroad, and advise insurers on settlements for claimants based outside the UK.

Real Estate:
The specialist team is a leading advisor on real estate matters, acting for some of the biggest names in the sector in the UK, with clients including the Church Commissioners. It is known for its work in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, real estate finance, residential and commercial development, and waste and energy. Residential Property: Sintons is a specialist in handling high value residential property transactions, and acts for private purchasers and property investors across the UK in buying and selling properties.

RECRUITMENT:
