I'm an Associate Family Law solicitor based in Leeds and London specialising in divorce, dissolution, the wider financial consequences of relationship breakdown and domestic and international children law issues.

I was named Young Family Law Solicitor of the Year in 2020 at the prestigious National Family Law Awards. I have expertise and I've advised clients in appeal cases (sometimes of significant public interest) in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

I have experience in domestic and international children law. I regularly work in the High Court and beyond on such matters. I have dealt with a variety of complex children law issues and have a particular interest in cases involving:

Future child arrangements upon relationship breakdown and/or during difficult periods where parents cannot agree a way forward (general week to week arrangements or on specific issues such as schooling and/or decisions which engage human rights issues such as religious freedoms)

Allegations of significant domestic abuse

International and internal relocation of children

Child abduction

LGBT+ children law issues – be it LGBT+ parents and/or children

Transfers of residence where a child(ren) live moving forward

Factitious illness and/or alleged non accidental injury to children
