Real Estate & Urbanistic Law:
The firm offers legal advice on the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements, engineering and procurement contracts (EPC), among others, due diligences, real estate development and enterprises, land subdivisions, leases, sale and leaseback, surface rights and built to suit. It is also specialised in urbanistic law, assisting in the licensing of works before the Public Administration and in related administrative/judicial proceedings.

Litigation & Arbitration:
The litigation department handles complex matters before judicial and administrative courts as well as arbitration tribunals and regulatory agencies throughout Brazil. The partners and associates of the litigation department have a wide-ranging experience and specific expertise in litigation in connection with construction, real state, corporate, environmental and regulatory projects, consumer, contracts and insurance, as well as judicial recovery and bankruptcy. Tax Law:
The firm provides tax consulting services and assistance on tax litigation matters.
