It deals with all litigation aspects of competition law before the EU and UK courts and regulators. It also acts on foreign direct investment (FDI) control and public procurement matters. It has significant experience of worldwide multijurisdictional matters and transactions and regularly carries out multijurisdictional analysis and acts as coordinating counsel.

Financial Crime:

The London office has a notable white collar crime and investigations practice, representing corporates and executives caught up in high-profile financial crime investigations and prosecutions, both nationally and internationally.
