In Corporate, we cover contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, estate and succession planning, corporate reorganisation, investment structuring (domestic or foreign), public-private partnerships, project finance, intellectual property, LGPD (general law on data protection) and digital law matters related to enterprises and entities, acting in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
