Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions:
LEXINCORP provides legal advice regarding the establishment and support of companies of all types, as well as the analysis of their statutes and operations, and in general, mergers and acquisitions, franchise agreements, due diligence, purchase of assets, joint ventures and all kinds of civil and commercial contracts.

Financial & Banking Law:
The firm provides legal advice on the establishment of financial and banking institutions at the local level, as well as advice on mergers and acquisition processes of already established banking and financial institutions. Drafting of documents for banking operations such as loans, formalisation of advisory and consultancy of capital loans to companies and individuals to make sure the structure of the loan fits their personal or commercial goals.

Intellectual Property:
The firm has extensive experience in registering and enforcing trademarks, invention patents, sanitary records, copyrights and related fields. Also, the firm gives advice on the negotiation, preparation and registration of all types of agreements and contracts related to the topic, such as publishing contracts and representations.
