Lexincorp is highly pleased to announce the designation of its Partner Claudia Vivas Alonso as Managing Partner of their offices in Nicaragua, making her the only woman in this position within the firm.

Claudia has been a Partner in Lexincorp in said country since 2015, during which time she has shown her personal excellence, not only as a professional, but also as a human being. She has been part of the Corporate, Banking and Real Estate areas of the office, and has also overseen the administrative aspects of running the firm.

Her main challenge in this new designation right now, is directing a firm of professional services in the midst of a global crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

She finds that another challenge going forward will be to continue consolidating the firm in step with the other two Partners, and steer the office toward providing the excellent service that our clients are accustomed to.

Enrique Escobar, Regional President of Lexincorp, said:

“As a firm, we have admired the excellence with which Claudia has conducted her work during these years, where she has shown a high level of professional and personal performance. We are confident that Claudia will be able to take charge of these trying times and the challenges they bring, and that Nicaragua is under the best stewardship. It is an honor to continue working with her and we are sure that under her direction, Lexincorp in Nicaragua will continue to consolidate itself as one of the best law firms in the country. Claudia has all of our faith and can count on us.”
