Lexincorp Honduras strengthened its Litigation and Arbitration practice with the incorporation of lawyers Moisés Arteaga and Fabian Villeda as partners of the firm.

 

The decision to increase the number of lawyers in this important area of practice is due to the significant growth it has had especially in matters related to infrastructure, energy and telecommunications projects both from the perspective of structuring the projects and handling arbitration and litigation related to this area.
