Europe:

Through offices in London and Brussels, Hunton advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions; EU and global privacy, data protection, and cyber regulations; international energy and project development and financing; banking and finance, capital markets, and M&A; outsourcing and technology; and competition and dispute management. The practice is led from Miami but draws on other offices across the globe.

International Arbitration & Litigation:

Hunton represents clients before major arbitral institutions globally, including investor state and commercial arbitrations. Through experience, a multidisciplinary approach, and international contacts, the firm assists clients in limiting the uncertainty of transnational litigation; helps assess and manage disputes pre-litigation by advising on strategy and tactics; and, once claims are filed, prosecutes, manages and supervises arbitration or multijurisdictional litigation.
