The Division regularly appears in First tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. This division also includes the below areas of expertise:

RECRUITMENT

Pupils spend time with different practice teams to experience a wide variety of work. Pupils receive an award of £35,000 each plus guaranteed earnings in the second six of £35,000.

Five Paper also encourages applications from barristers with ten or more years’ experience within one of their specialist areas.
