His experience covers the full spectrum of areas arising in this field. Whistleblowing and discrimination claims in multi-day cases are the mainstay of his practice. His client base includes Police officers, NHS trusts, law firms, City financial institutions and charities. He also has experience in claims of detriment for reasons related to Trade Union membership and activities. His expertise extends to representing professionals responding to allegations of professional misconduct and issues affecting professional registration before their relevant professional standards committee.
Shane is experienced in conducting cases in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
