Corporate: UK and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and disposals, private equity, shareholders’ subscription and investment agreements, share investment schemes, tax and advice relating to partnerships and LLPs.

Restructuring & Insolvency: Advising insolvency practitioners as well as directors and funders on all aspects of administrations, liquidations and corporate restructuring.

Commercial & Technology: Commercial ventures, distribution and agency, framework agreements, franchising, internet and cloud computing, outsourcing, sponsorship and data protection.

Litigation: UK and cross-border disputes including financial services, construction, contract and agency, corporate investigations, fraud, intellectual property, pensions, professional negligence and property litigation.
