Highlights of our commercial litigation practice include:-

1. High calibre lawyers

• We are a highly experienced team. 5 out of 8 lawyers have 10 years plus PQE. Two are ex-City. One partner was previously London head of department for a UK Top 15 law firm.​
• Partners are consistently ranked in the legal directories.

2. Quality of work and clients

• Last 12 months has seen us involved in 14 cases with a value of £1 million plus (of which 9 were £3 million plus) which reflects the quality of our practice.​
• Wide variety of corporate/commercial clients.
• We have a particular focus on the automotive sector and food and drink (where we have particular expertise in Groceries Code disputes).

3. Innovation

• Only firm in the Thames Valley to use decision trees. Using this, we are able to represent possible litigation outcomes in diagram form and assess percentage changes of values of claims.
• Transparency and flexibility on costs (menu of options such as fixed price guide, CFAs etc.).
