Our banking and finance team delivers successful banking solutions to clients relying on our detailed knowledge of a lender’s lending and security requirements, coupled with the business objectives of each borrower. We draw on the expertise of our banking, corporate, real estate and construction lawyers to deliver a seamless “one-team” service for our clients.

We identify and address any potential issues as early as possible in the deal process, to ensure that parties maintain sustainable working relationships throughout the transaction and beyond.

Our banking and finance team is on a number of bank panels and regularly advise financial institutions, private investors and corporate borrowers. We advise on a wide range of financing transactions from large, complex LMA documented facilities, deals involving multiple legal jurisdictions, private equity finance, real estate finance, property development funding, structured finance transactions for corporate acquisitions and other event-driven requirements. We also advise on and help negotiate debt restructurings.

We have significant experience of preparing and reviewing wholesale finance documentation for clients in the motor industry.
