We advise on a wide range of financing transactions from large, complex LMA documented facilities, deals involving multiple legal jurisdictions, private equity finance, real estate finance, property development funding, structured finance transactions for corporate acquisitions and other event-driven requirements. We also advise on and help negotiate debt restructurings.
We have significant experience of preparing and reviewing wholesale finance documentation for clients in the motor industry.
