FPA advises on how advertising law may impact advertising strategies for products & services. With respect to authorisation and control of the promotion and advertising of processed food products, including alcoholic beverages, they advise on the procedures for obtaining authorisations from the health authority pertaining to publicity, commercials, and other promotional campaigns prior to their launching and promotion.
FPA has experience in drafting arbitration agreements, in advising parties in mediation and, when no agreement can be reached, representing parties acting either as plaintiffs or as defendants in arbitration proceedings.
