■ Represented Ace Data Centers, Inc., a state-of-the-art data center and provider of colocation, infrastructure and carrier-neutral connectivity services, and an affiliated entity in the sale of business and real property assets to an affiliate of Endurance International Group (NASDAQ: EIGI) for an aggregate purchase price of $73.3m
■ Represented Asset Risk Management, an independent energy producer services company in a $180m partnering with New York-based Highbridge Principal Strategies, LLC to build a cryogenic processing plant, natural gas gathering system, and crude oil gathering system in Oklahoma’s STACK play

On February 1, 2016, the court granted the client’s motion for summary judgment, dismissing all claims brought against the employer
■ In Angel v. Lisbon Valley mining Co., a case brought in the United State District Court for the District of Utah, the firm defended the employer against a former employee’s discrimination claims alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1980. On November 23, 2015, the Court granted the client’s motion for summary judgment, dismissing all claims brought against the employer
