Dispute Resolution:

■ Represented Xylink in their disputes with Polycom, inc., most of Polycom, inc.’s claims were dismissed, avoiding over ¥100 million in losses
■ In the context of the P2P thunderstorm, acted for the plaintiff, found a unique way to file a lawsuit on the grounds of tort liability disputes, making the case smoothly filed and successfully persuading the court of second instance to reverse the first trial judgment and remand for a new trial
■ Successfully acted for an investor with a full return of investment claim, including the equity capital, supported by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in the arbitration, and all founding shareholders bear joint liability
■ Acted for an investor in an arbitration with 80% of its claim was supported by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in the arbitration, which is the first case in which a Chinese arbitrator has confirmed the legality of the Earnout Agreement under Chinese law
■ Acted for China Tower Corporation Limited in a trademark infringement lawsuit, advised China Tower Corporation Limited file for invalidation of the plaintiff ’s claimed trademark with the China Intellectual Property Office and obtained the support of the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board
