Antitrust & Regulated Markets:
Carey covers all areas of antitrust law and regulatory matters, including litigation before the Antitrust Court (TDLC), Civil Courts, the Supreme Court, as well as advisory in investigations by the National Economic Prosecutor (FNE) and negotiation of agreements with this agency. Also, Carey has a positive track record in securing approvals for complex mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures with the FNE and the TDLC.

Carey has extensive experience advising creditors, investors and borrowers in all types of banking and financial transactions.
