In addition, it has a proven track record of having secured clearance of several complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures before the National Economic Prosecutor's Office (FNE) under the merger control regime.


Carey also has an extensive experience advising companies on both antitrust and regulatory internal audits, aiming to identify potential compliance issues and regulatory risks. Likewise, the firm constantly helps its clients in the design of tailored antitrust compliance programs and codes of practise.
