Antonio Belvedere founded the Belvedere Law Firm in 1975.

Successfully assisted a company belonging to the Bluestone Group (a prominent real estate group that in Milan has been restoring prestigious buildings or constructing new ones for more than 20 years) and its legal representative in a criminal proceeding initiated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Milan, which had seized a construction site on the charge of illegality of the building work in progress.In particular we assisted Bluestone in matters relating to administrative, urban planning and construction law (working alongside with criminal lawyers) during the proceedings and in the developments that followed.

AssistedPrelios SGR S.p.A., a savings management company of the Prelios Group, through the Primo RE Real Estate Fund – whose shares are entirely held by the Cassa dei Dottori Commercialisti (CDC)for all administrative law aspects related tothe finalization of four major lease agreements for the property at Corso Europa 22 in Milan, bringing the occupancy rate to 90%.

LOMBARDIA PARCHEGGI S.R.L. (BEST IN PARKING GROUP)

Successfully assisted Lombardia Parcheggi in the appeal beforethe Regional Administrative Court (TAR) for the Lombardy Region.The victory marks an important step for the Client towards obtaining the permits needed to demolish the existing structure and build a luxury hotel complex.
